    On the 10th, three days ago, I swapped out the -5.2V power supply for the electron
    arm VDCs. It seems the regulation was shot. I first noticed problems with it
    prior to christmas. It may not have had an affect on the VDC performance. The
    -5.2V supply was slowly drifting around within a 0.3V wide band. It seems stable
    now.
