DAQ was running very slowly (80 Hz) because ROC13
was timing out. It looks like the ADC there went bad.
This contains the BPM 8 and 12 data. Options : 1) spend
time to fix it; or 2) drop the crate. Arun Saha chose #2.
After that, I had trouble making PEDRUN configuration
work. But the experiment seemed in a hurry to run, so
I left PEDRUN not working. Will fix it later. You can call
me when there is an opportunity.
