We have been first investigating the problem of the big discreapency between the
expected counting rate and the actual one for kin#21. We didn't find any
malfunction of the detectors and the acquisition information and scalers are
consistent with what is seen after analysis... we still didn't understand the origin of
that factor???

The number of 2bbu events is extracted from the analysis of 150k event per run
