    16:00 Beam is still off

17:30 MCC calls to inform that the PSS problem is progressing but not still
resolve. Their estimate is that the beam will not come back before midnight.

18:30 Program Deputy comes to tell that experts think to have find the PSS
the problem and are going to reset the whole interlock system... Beam may be
    around 23:00...

22:00 Beam is back, we start checking the beam parameters and improve them
    when necessary

HARP scan / Beam spot size: beam was coming back with the same parameters as
previous runs and with an aspect ratio of 1 to 2. The present ration is

23:00 OTR and Raster ---> see separate entries

23:30 Ready for data taking, increasing the current but the ion chambers trip when
going beyond 45um. The MCC understanding of that problem is that the OTR is
    responsible for that !!! ?????

The philosophy is to take 100k data with 40um at the beginning and the end of each
1M events run with OTR in. For the 1M event runs, remove the OTR and increase
the current to the highest possible value.

23:52 Start data taking for kinematics 25

--- Run record for Kin #25

Last record from previous runs is :
    Events Sum=3.8M 2bbu sum=320

This last number looks too optimistic, when applying more strict cuts (especially
y_tgt cuts) it comes about 50 (2bbu events/M raw events) leading to about 190
events. The target number of events is then 15M that should lead us to 11 hours
more of data taking on that point.
