keyword=2bbu rate estimateOur analisys shows disagreement with previous estimate of number of counts in
2bbu. Below is a plot of e_miss for kin 25 for 6.53M events analized with cuts on
e.reactz and tc_cor (cuts are shown in the followup halog entry). Even with loose
7.1 MeV(!) cut shown number of events is 265. Since 2bbu is not resolved its
difficult to put a cut on it, and I think conservatively number of events in 2bbu should
be taken ~2 times less than in the cut (we'll need to subtract background and
squeeze 2bbu to ~<3MeV FWHM!), which makes it ~20 ev/1M recorded. So with
510 events to go estimate is 25 hours/25M events (26 hours in runplan).
