Trigger download for the new kinematic.

Problem to set up the beam, we are using this time to make an access in order to move the Electron spectrometer

8:30 Now in Controlled access, Ed is now moving the electron spectrometer to 16.4 deg.

9:00 Electron Spectrometer sets to 16.36 deg. refer to the entry #33501 for the new spectrometers setting for the kinematic #1

9:10 Now in Beam permit, MCC still have problem with the beam. Should be fixed in 30 minutes !!!

9:30 Beam is back, Start HARP scan

10:00 The width in the horizontal direction is wide (~300um) and any normal changes in the quads setting did not reduce this width.
MCC is now running the beam diagnotic procedure.

11:00 We ask Arun to do a HARP scan with the HARP upstream.

13:30 We are still trying to get the beam spot size right.
Trip on 3rd Moller quad. Need Controlled access to reset it.
This may be our problem with beam tuning for good spot size.

Beam Spot Size: Dx = 100 um, Dy = 125 um (Scan #472, Halog #33527))
    Raster Size : 4.5 um x 4 um (set values: 4x3 mm, Halog #33523, 33524)
OTR: Beam Spot Size ~180 um (MCC informed)
Target Parameters: Same as yesterday's (See #33529)

15:00 Taking our first kinematic point Kin#1,2
    Run#2099: 120K, Rates: T1: 2000, T2: 130, T3:750, T4:90, T5:55
    Dead Time: 3%; PreScale: 20,2,8,2,1
Noticed beam position on target way off, Asked on beam moved to center
    15:08 Run #2100:

15:45 A Moller Quadrupole trip off again. It seems that there is no good data.
    run 2100 & 2101 are junk.

16:00 Arun will now start the arc energy measurement.
