Sometime around run 2806, the EPICS data (event type 131)
stopped being inserted into CODA file. However, for the
present run 2813, it is working again. This "fix" appears
correlated with a "kcoda" that was done 1/2 hour ago, which
presumably cleared some hanging process. The number of
event types are recorded automatically in halog each run, so
one can check if it happens again.
