    A new VME crate ROC13 was added to DAQ. It is located
    in the counting room middle room (formerly HAPPEX DAQ crate).
    At present it has one ADC which accepts 8 signals in the -5 to +5 Volt
    range (but nothing is plugged in as I write this). To reset, you can
    press "RST" button on the cpu, as indicated. As far as I know the
    ROC13 data has no harmful effect on ESPACE or other codes.
