From home I looked at runs 1109 - 1113, movements
of beam 2 mm up and down with HARP measurements.
I checked calibration of SPOT++ code. Result: The
plot has shows a spot too big by about 25% and a
systematic shift of ~0.5 mm. This is not too dangerous
and is correctable in offline analysis. I fixed the annoying
problem of the sign of X, made it agree with EPICS.
