    keyword=rscaler to check rates
    (Bob Michaels)
    A new tool exists to check scalers. On adaq account on
    SunOS type "rscaler 1421 1424" to get a printout like below.

    To judge if there are trigger problems, some hints: 1) only
    compare same physical conditions; 2) take a look at the run
    time and statistical significance; 3) look at ratio of trigger
    rate to beam current.

    Note, a negative beam current is due to the X10 V-to-F counting
    beyond 32-bits, which I think happens in roughly 1 hour at high
    currents. Not a disaster. We update scalers in the CODA file
    once per 2 sec, presumably one sees the X10 ramping up.

    Source is /home/adaq/scaler/rscaler/rscaler.c. If you compile,
    put exec into /home/adaq/bin/SunOS. You might have to type "rehash"
    the first time you use this.

    Runs that dont end normally (CODA crash) dont show up in list.
