electron arm  using ntuple 50 => single _e   condition
For wide open ph_tgte, delta_phtgt_e = .056 sr, delta_th_tgte = 0.1091 from the web. I used  delta_th_tge = 0.16 to account for resolution, but the actual opening is taken to be the web values. In the analysis I set |th_tgte|<.08, corresponding to wide open in th_tgte direction. Used |reactze|<.02 .

hadron arm using ntuple 51 => single_h condition
Used |th_tgtp|<.15 because there is multiple scattering in the proton arm. Used |ph_tgtp|<.08 for wide open in phi direction. Used |reactzh|<.02 .

pressure sensor used = hasc200_6_sensor_2_R should be pt267, target fill line
temperature sensor used = haItc502_5_sensor_2_R should be ct170 at inlet to gas cell
for p =154psi, T=6.3K expect from DJM's chart that rho = 0.0672 g/cm3 => rho = 1.349e23 nuclei/cm3 => rho(3he)*t=5.396e22/cm2

for radiative corrections use: rho(3He)=0.0672 g/cm3 => at 10cm(total gas path),  rho(3he)*t = 0.672 g/cm2
                                                rho(Al) = 2.70 g/cm3) => at 0.020"(total wall thickness), rho(Al)*t = 0.138 g/cm2
                                                X0(3He) = 3/4* (94.32 g/cm2) = 70.74 g/cm2
                                                X0(Al) =   24.01 g/cm2

Beam heating effects are uncertain at this time. There does not seem to be more than a 2% effect between 0 uA and 15 uA from the following source.
 http://www.calstatela.edu/academic/nuclear_physics/89044/Iscan.htm . The hadron counts/Q are a measure of beam heating.
