Do this on quasi elastic protons in hrsh. Can this be done during commissioning time?
4045 12.5 57.43 3911.98 1000. should be fast since we are using q.e. peak.
estimate 1.8 hrs using q.e., or 7.1 hrs if we use the elastic instead.
optics during target commissioning?
sieve slits, hydrogen,

set I = 20uA.
elastic electron scattering for Q^2=19.27/fm2
This equivalent Q^2 point must be measured in March at 1245MeV. The quasi-elastic protons will be normalized to the elastic electrons.

1) Do we need to include current calibrations? Probably not since every data point is connected to the elastic electron scattering at 12.5 deg. Although these cross sections are uncertain in December, our March runs will measure these cross sections.

2) Do we need to do energy measurements (arc measurements). Check with Arun.
