    run 1175 -- coda stopped counting, deadtime went to 100% mid-run.
    stopped run (successfully). run 1176 started, started out OK.
    then 1176 had problem too. saw "ER backed up" messages. called
    Bob. due to excessive resource load on adaqs2 ... fix is first to reset
    coda and redownload, also to try and prune activity on adaqs2.
