    keyword=online results of deadtime scan

    I added plots of the electronics deadtime to hana, and I fixed
    the DAQ deadtime plots. Below are the results of the current
    scan done earlier today. The relative error in the EDT depends
    on the EDT and how many events. For example, if one has 7
    scaler updates (which are 8 sec intervals) the relative error for
    EDT=2% is 30%, i.e. EDT = 0.02 +/- 0.006. For a 1hour run
    we can measure EDT to 4% (relative) if EDT=2%.
