keyword=summary of efficiency "problem" progress summary

    1. there was a problem with the t0 offsets. clearly saw a notch in the
coarse wire spectra, but not in the wire map spectrum.
difference is that coarse wire spectrum looks for shortest time
thus depends on t0 offsets. This problem was solved when
t0 optimizations were performed (and are now in the db_89044_...
    database)

    2. there is a problem with the kinematic correction on the right side spectrometer,
but our database is for (e,e'p) so I do not expect that the kinematic
correction would be right anyway. We need an ESPACE expert
to tell us how to set this up so we can double check, that if
the kinematic correction is done right we do reproduce the same
spectrum on both sides, and that it is not still some real efficiency
    problem.

    3. spectra replayed from ESPACE all seem to agree between SL and SR as
long as kinematic correction does not come into play

Figure 1 below shows the delta, kin-corr delta, and u1 coarse posn spectra
for first SL and then SR. Clear difference is kin-corr delta in SR, all others
    look the same.

Figure 2 shows u1_wir (wire map) and u1_coarse for first SL, then SR. Both
look same and look OK after allowing for the wire gap problem that appears
in ntuple output from ESPACE (see Adaq entry 49064 in halog)
Still need to understand this ntuple output problem, not at all clear why it
would cause gaps in the spectrum.
