than what Doug H. estimated. Also appears that kin corr is working for
e- arm since can see elastic peak better there than in straight delta spectrum.

when accelerator comes back up, we will take 1/2 hr run at 40 uA.
set up prescales so that T3 events are being taken at 1 kHz and deadtime
is 10% or less (sets scale for other prescale factors). Then we will move to
4He(e,e'p).
