keyword=Absolute scint efficiencyI modified the algorithm a little bit so that it tries to
compute the absolute efficiency, using minimal 'cleanup'
cuts. This works fairly well on the Left spectrometer
because T4 uses the gas Cerenkov, but T2's on the Right
spectrometer are very dirty (the 'or' of S1,S2), so this
presumably makes the efficiency artificially low. The
main thing to look for is a big hole. More accurate
results --> offline.
