Start to cool down helium target. In the interest of getting on cold
return as fast as possible we have lowered the pressure on the
regulator to 50 PSIA. We will then switch to cold return and try to
pump the target up in the morning. I guess its good old carbon e,e'p tonight.
Makes me miss Paul Ulmer and Robert Lourie just thinking about it !!
