Pete took a dummy cell run this AM that led to cracking the problem with
the py-1f time peak. In the dummy run, one can clearly see the correct
location to place the reactz difference cut. Placing a _narrow_ cut here
allows the coincidence time peak to be seen. The figure below shows
the coinc time peak from run 1518 with the following cuts:

-0.057

Figure 2 shows the same plot without the aerogel cut. The peak is still there
but not as prominent (background goes up but not peak). Can somebody
(mark?) who analyzed aerogel comment about whether the peak near zero
is some pedestal or good events?
