    16:00 Continue running on kinematics PY-1E.
    17:15-17:20 Did not have readouts of fan parameters, rebooted target IOC
    between runs 1614 and 1615, fan readouts came back.
    18:50 Finished taking 4He data on PY-1E kinematics, doing dummy and carbon
    19:45 Harp scan with raster off, beam spot width is ~100um (the same as a few days ago).
    20:00 Joe is doing ep measurement
    21:20 Changed left arm angle to 17.76 nominal (17.727 in control window),
    2.35974 GeV/c momentum, cycled LQ2 and LQ3. Started elastic scattering runs.
    23:45 Finished 4He, dummy and carbon pointing runs on elastic kinematics.
    23:45 In principle we are finished with this kinematics, the next shift is trying
    to remeasure 4He elastic on this setting at lower beam currents while they
    have time before scheduled energy change.
