Try to change R-Arm's angle, the bogies_RIGHT could not bring up the
control GUI. Logout from the hac and relogin, the bogies_RIGHT still didn't work.
Called Javier for the solution. Javier fixed the bogies problem from his office. Move
R-Arm to the anggle 24.80. Still waiting for the R-Arm momentum dropping to 1.8997Gev. Change the target to He4 .
