    keyword=still losing efficiency

    So, we optimized the hadron arm t0 offsets for the vdcs. Indeed, this solved
    the "notch" in the vdc coarse-wire spectrum. However it did not solve
    the problem with the "efficiency" as noted two days ago by M Jones in
    the halog. The plot below shows the delta spectra for both electron and
    hadron. as you can see, the hadron spectrum goes low at low delta
    compared to the electron. this is the same symptom as before.

    There is also some question as to why the hadron spectrum has
    more counts at large delta. It may be related or it may be that the
    angle is slightly different ...
    .
    but now look at this!!!!! here i plot the spectra with kinematic correction
    turned off! and now the two look the same!!!!!!!!!!
