(see the halog to which this follows up) had a slight difference with
that of SL at extreme negative delta. here is the current SR spectrum
(with quasielastic protons instead of electrons). It is hard to make a
strong argument for an inefficiency from this spectrum although one
might still claim it looks a bit funny at the low end ...
