Upper plot is raw tc, only cuts are separate cuts on e.reactz and h.reactz (no
diff cut!) Bottom plot is same, but now tc_cor. Clearly can see a shoulder
to the right. I have not done the necessary expt. but I am positive that
this is a shoulder due to one paddle having a large time offset relative
to the others, shifting the accidentals spectrum. This likely means that
we will need paddle-dependent randoms subtraction. This really stinks.
