cause an inefficiency, this would show up in T4 since
the strobe is certainly ok for S1, then if there is a Cerenkov
(and the overlap here is generous) you'd see a "T4 which
should be T3". These come in at a rate of ~0.001 of the
T4 rate; normalizing to scalers the rate of screw-up is
6e-4, probably mostly pileups. So, it doesn't seem the split
PMT timings cause trigger problems.
