This is a theoretical paper which attempts to explain   experimental results on the neon isotopes obtained by measuring isotope shifts in the atomic photon transitions in a wide chain of neon isoptopes.
 Do the following:

1) Look up the definition in their paper of Tz . Is this a quantity we already discussed in class?

2) Fill in the table below. You will find their figures 3b and 4a useful. You will also find the Nuclear Wallet Card link useful. rn - rp is the difference in neutron and proton radii. Use Fermis for distances.
